## Inicio rápido para Administradores

### Aprobar pagos

1. Entra a **Admin > Finanzas > Pagos por aprobar**.
2. Revisa el comprobante.
3. Acepta o rechaza con una nota.

### Crear anuncios

1. Ve a **Admin > Anuncios**.
2. Escribe el mensaje y agrega una imagen si es necesario.
3. Publica y notifica a los residentes.

### Gestionar amenidades

1. Entra a **Admin > Amenidades**.
2. Crea o edita una amenidad.
3. Configura horarios, costos y disponibilidad.
